Youth Programme

Adolescence is the most shaping stage of life. During this period, personal aspects such as values, beliefs, self-identity, social skills, and career direction are formed and developed. When young people receive a good education, are socially active, and have the right guidance and support, they will become more confident, creative, and contributing adults. Therefore, it is important to provide youth with the necessary resources and support to help them develop positive values and behavior patterns and realize their potential.

The Challenge of Breaking Conventions

Youth work cannot be accomplished overnight, so a long-term youth project was born. Everyone’s life has a very special experience. Life is a continuous and long-term accumulation. From the moment of birth, life is shaped into a social convention. Conventions refer to the habits, beliefs, and values that have been formed in society. These conventions may have a negative impact on young people. The main points are as follows:

Stifle Creativity

Conventions may trap people into a fixed mindset and limit the development of creativity and imagination, which will have a negative impact on young people’s future career development and quality of life.

Inhibition of Personality Development

Conventions may limit an individual’s freedom and autonomy, causing them to fear expressing their true thoughts and emotions, which can have a negative impact on an individual’s mental health.

Compromising Equity and Inclusion

Conventions can lead to discrimination and prejudice in society, and unfair treatment of some people, which can have a negative impact on young people’s values and behavior patterns.

Therefore, we need to encourage young people to think independently, be creative, keep an open mind, and respect diverse cultures and values in order to achieve personal growth and social progress.

Youth Pogramme Development Model

Curriculum development mode: life education nutrition into the mode, providing a 9 to 10-day residential training program, starting from the camp, and completing a series of three major tasks related to “survival requirements”, “quality of life” and “meaning of life”. After the camp is over, you can join advanced projects such as “Learning Circle” or “Training the Volunteer Programme“. The process from learning to service will last for several years.
